The Faculty of Rehabilitation sciences & the Faculty of Architecture and arts present an
INTERDISCIPLINARY SYMPOSIUM WITH HONORARY DOCTORS
“enABLING HUMAN FUNCTIONING IN A HEALTH AND SOCIO-CULTURAL PERSPECTIVE.”
At ‘dies natalis’ of Hasselt University, faculties nominate Alarcos Maria Cieza, CH (Faculty Rehabilitation sciences) and, Patricia Moore, US (Faculty of Architecture and arts) for an honorary doctorate.

Both honorary doctors have established complementary contributions to the concept of ‘functioning’ in a health and socio-cultural perspective. Therefore, a joint interdisciplinary symposium is organized to hear their vision and to exchange interdisciplinary topics related to human functioning within a panel and with the audience.
